Hotel Marco Polo Gudauri offers several conference venues suitable for meetings, presentations, corporate events and private gatherings. The conference facilities include Sadzele, which accommodates up to 150 guests in theatre-style seating or 45 guests in a U-shaped layout; Kobi, with capacity for up to 30 guests in theatre-style seating or 22 in a U-shaped layout; and Chrdili and Sno, each accommodating up to 25 guests in theatre-style seating or 16 guests in a U-shaped layout.
For private celebrations and larger social gatherings, the Lounge Bar can accommodate banquets for up to 80 guests.
