Location & Getting to the Hotel
Gudauri does not have a railway station or metro. Guests arriving from the airport can reach Hotel Marco Polo Gudauri by private transfer or taxi, or travel by bus from Didube or Ortachala stations in Tbilisi.

The hotel is located close to the first ski lift, providing convenient access to Gudauri's winter sports facilities.
A winter sports shop and ski rental are available inside Marco Polo, while a Smart shop and pharmacy are located nearby.

Booking Rates & PaymentsRates & Inclusions
During the high season, Hotel Marco Polo Gudauri offers non-refundable rates. These rates include breakfast, access to the spa area, swimming pools and saunas, and ski storage.
High-season bookings are non-refundable except in cases of force majeure.
Payment
Full prepayment is required for the applicable high-season non-refundable rates. Payment is made by bank card at the time of booking.

Bookings can also be managed through marcopolo.ge or landmarkergroup.com. During the high season, cancellations are subject to a 100% cancellation charge, meaning the full booking value is charged. Exceptions may apply in cases of force majeure. When making a reservation, the required details include the guest's first name, surname, phone number, email address, date of birth and bank card guarantee. |
