Terms & Conditions
Applicable Brands: Marco Polo Hotel Gudauri, Alpina Hotel Gudauri, Puris Moedani Boutique Hotel, Khada Hut1. Program Enrollment
1.1. Guests may enroll in the Landmarker Group Loyalty Program by signing up on the official Landmarker Group website.
1.2. Upon registration, guests automatically receive a unified Landmarker account. This account simultaneously creates individual member profiles at Marco Polo Hotel, Alpina Hotel, and Puris Moedani Boutique Hotel, using the same login credentials.
1.3. Enrollment is free of charge and available to individuals aged 18 or above.2. Membership Tiers
Membership status is determined by the total number of eligible nights stayed, booked directly through:
– The official Landmarker Group website, or
– The individual hotel websites (Marco Polo, Alpina, Puris Moedani), while logged into the same Landmarker account.
The program includes three membership tiers:
– Explorer — 0 to 20 eligible nights
– Adventurer — 20+ eligible nights
– LANDMARKER — 40+ eligible nights
Status is updated automatically once the required night threshold is reached.3. Eligible Nights
3.1. “Eligible Nights” include paid nights booked directly through Landmarker Group or the official hotel
websites.
3.2. Nights booked via third-party platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia, travel agencies) do not count toward tier progression.
3.3. Complimentary stays, barters, staff rates, or promotional vouchers are not eligible unless otherwise stated.4. Tier Benefits
Benefits associated with each tier are outlined in the Loyalty Program Benefits Table and include, but are not limited to:
– Room rate discounts at Marco Polo, Alpina, and Puris Moedani
– Room Upgrade (Upon Aviability)
– Complimentary Welcome Package
– Early check-in & late check-out (subject to availability)
– Discounts on hotel services
– Discounts on food & beverage across brand restaurants
– Additional discounts for Heritage Members at Khada Hut – Show your badge
Landmarker Group reserves the right to update or modify benefit percentages, availability, and conditions at any time.5. Applying Discounts
5.1. Discounts are applicable only when the booking or purchase is made under the member’s active Landmarker loyalty account.
5.2. Room discounts apply to the best available direct rate only.
5.3. Food & beverage discounts apply to dine-in orders unless otherwise specified.
5.4. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly allowed.6. Early Check-in / Late Check-out
6.1. Available to eligible tiers upon availability at the time of arrival or departure.
6.2. These benefits cannot be guaranteed in advance and must be confirmed by the reception team.
7. Maintaining & Upgrading Status
7.1. Status tiers are based on the accumulated number of eligible nights.
7.2. Once a member achieves Adventurer or LANDMARKER, the status remains active indefinitely.
7.3. After the validity period, status may be reassessed based on nights accumulated in the previous cycle.8. Misuse of Program
Landmarker Group reserves the right to:
– Suspend or terminate accounts in cases of suspected misuse or fraudulent activity
– Remove nights obtained through invalid bookings
– Reject benefits if a booking is found ineligible9. Amendments
Landmarker Group may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will be published on the official Landmarker website. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.10. Contact
